Policies

Delivery Policy
Deliveries of goods are to your front door of your home or warehouse. If the item is heavy and requires two persons to lift then you will need to help the driver or we can arrange a second person at an extra charge. If the order is shipped on a pallet then you will need to arrange a forklift to unload. If you don’t have a forklift available then we may be able arrange delivery by a tail-lift truck (depending on your location) but there will be an additional charge involved so please let our friendly sales team know when you place your order and we will discuss this further with you.

Delivery Charges
All orders are charged depending on the size of your order and delivery area. Please use the calculator in the shopping cart to get an estimate of price. If your order is over a certain size or you live in a remote area then the calculator will show “We will call you”. If that is the case, please place your order and one of the staff will contact you with a quote on the lowest freight rate.

Insurance
Unirack takes out insurance for all orders dispatched from our warehouse.
If you notice any damage on arrival do not sign or accept the goods and please call us immediately.
If, once you open the packaging you notice the item is damaged you must contact us within 24 hours or we will be unable to accept responsibility for any damaged goods.

Delivery Lead Times
Our store-man will pick, pack and dispatch your order the and have it delivered the same if you live in Melbourne or Queensland metro and place your order before 10am.
If you live outside these areas our transport company will have your order to you within the following time frame:
Two (2) working days provided all items are in stock for Adelaide, Sydney & Perth.
Three to Five (3 – 5) working days provided all items are in stock for areas outside of Melbourne, Queensland, Adelaide, Sydney & Perth. For urgent delivery enquiries or special requirements, please contact our friendly sales team in the branch closest to you

Assembly
Our products are very easy to assemble but if you have any problems please give our friendly sales team a call and we can talk you through it.

Tracking Your Order
Our friendly sales team will keep you informed via email and/or phone when your order has been dispatched.

Signature On Delivery
Our carriers require a signature on arrival as a Proof of delivery. If for some reason you will not be home to receive your delivery we will require notification when placing your order. Please Note “We are unable to accept any responsibility for orders left unattended and not signed for”.

Picking Up Your Order
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our Sydney, Melbourne, Queensland, Sydney or Perth branches. Our amazing storemen will load your order into your vehicle at no cost To save yourself some time give us a call before you come down and we can make sure your order is ready and waiting for you. You can even make your payment over the phone or on the website to speed up the process.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Unirack we understand that after purchasing you may realise the item doesn’t fit and you require a refund or exchange. If this is the case, then all we ask is you adhere to the following requirements:
1/. The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2/. You provide us with a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.
3/. The item is returned in its original packaging.
4/. We reserve the right to charge a max $30.00 restocking fee on items returned.

Product Warranty
At Unirack we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, therefore if you are in anyway disappointed then please return your item to our showroom immediately so we can rectify the problem. We offer a full replacement warranty for a minimum period of 12 months against faulty manufacturing from the date of purchase. We don’t offer warranties against misuse and normal wear and tear.

Product & Pricing Availability
We generally have all stock available and ready to go, however if you require a large quantity of a particular product please give our sales team a call to confirm availability. All our prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

If purchasing online we accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or direct deposit into our bank account.
To pay via direct deposit, please use the following bank details:

If purchasing from our warehouse we accept Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), personal or business cheque.
